Must be a homeowner located in one of these counties: Minnehaha, Lincoln, Union, Turner, Clay, & Yankton county in South Dakota, Lyon & Sioux county in Iowa, and Cedar & Dixon county in Nebraska.
Must demonstrate a need for a new roof.

Ironclad Construction Free Roof Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
- The giveaway is open to residents of Minnehaha, Lincoln, Union, Turner, Clay, & Yankton county in South Dakota, Lyon & Sioux county in Iowa, and Cedar & Dixon county in Nebraska who are 18 years of age or older.
- You may nominate a family in need in your community or nominate yourself.
- Employees of Ironclad Construction, business partners involved in the promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:
- Submit a nomination via https://ironcladconstructionsd.com/roof-giveaway.
- Limit one entry per household during the promotional period.
- Completed entries must be received by 11:59 PM Central Time on August 15th, 2024.

3. Data Collection and Use:
- All data collected will be reviewed by Ironclad Construction for the sole purpose of selecting a recipient of the free roof.
- Personal information will not be shared with third parties outside of the review panel and their partners.

4. Entry Rules:
- Falsifying data will result in automatic removal of the entry.
- Limit to one entry per household. Any entrant caught trying to circumvent the entry system will result in disqualification.
- The number of entries does not increase your nomination’s chances of being selected.

5. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected by a review panel consisting of Ironclad Construction staff and their partners in the promotion.
- The decision of the review panel is final and binding.

6. Prize:
- The prize is a free roof installation for the nominated family.
- Labor, materials, and local permits will be provided by Ironclad Construction.
- Roofing materials will be selected by Ironclad Construction with input and preferences from the selected homeowner.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

7. Notification of Winner:
- The winner will be notified via phone and/or email by August 30th, 2024.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.

8. Media Release:
- By participating, entrants agree that if their nomination is selected as the winner, they consent to Ironclad Construction using their name, likeness, and story in promotional materials, press releases, and media interviews.
- The winner agrees to participate in interviews and other promotional activities as reasonably requested by Ironclad Construction.
- Upon their selection, nominees will be required to sign a media release in order to be eligible for the giveaway.
- No additional compensation will be provided for such promotional activities.

9. General Conditions:
- Ironclad Construction reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10. Liability:
- Ironclad Construction is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
- Ironclad Construction is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures related to the giveaway.
- Upon selection, the recipient of the giveaway will be required to enter into a construction contract with Ironclad Construction.

11. Warranty:
- Upon accepting the free roof giveaway, the nominee will enter into a construction contract with Ironclad Construction under which warranty terms are provided.

12. Tax Liability:
- The nomination/recipient will be responsible for any additional tax liabilities associated with the installation of a new roof on their home.
- It is highly recommended that recipients consult with a tax professional to fully understand and comply with any tax obligations arising from receiving the new roof.
