SALES SPECIALIST

A Hartington, Nebraska native with a forestry degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Sam transitioned from arboriculture to construction, bringing a fresh perspective to Ironclad Construction. Since joining in 2023, his unique insights into sustainable practices and resource management have significantly enhanced our project efficiency. Ryan Rueschhoff

PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

Ryan serves as Production Director at Ironclad Construction, where he ensures projects are fully prepared and ready to execute from day one. With a strong focus on process, communication, and coordination, he plays a key role in keeping jobs running smoothly and efficiently.

Born and raised in Sioux Falls, Ryan is currently completing a degree in accounting from the University of South Dakota. He enjoys working outdoors and takes a hands-on approach to delivering high-quality projects and a positive client experience.
