With more than 35 years of practical experience in the business, Steve has built his career on bringing the most outlandish conceptual visions from blueprints to a street next to yours… His leadership skills cemented  IronClad Construction dominating position

Kyle Kirschten

Director of Operations

Kyle, has over 22 years in the construction industry. Most of Kyle’s career was working in large commercial projects in the USA. Recently he joined the team at IronClad Construction to oversee the business operations and scheduling for all our construction projects. Dedicated to customer service his leadership skills are cemented in the Core Values of the company will help bring IronClad Construction into the 21st century.
